How to Get Started
To begin the process, please submit the event rental application at least 30 days prior to your requested event date(s). Our team will do its best to respond within two weeks of your submission.
Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers are responsible for obtaining certificates of insurance for all vendors, permits and/or documentation from county or statewide departments as outlined in the event rental application.
Planning Resources
We’ve developed a comprehensive set of resources to support your event planning, anchored by our operations guide—designed to help you manage logistics and ensure a successful event from start to finish. The guide includes a curated list of vendors covering custodial and medical services, portable toilets, security, tents and equipment, food, and entertainment. It also provides emergency action plan guidance as a foundational tool to help ensure the safety of all event attendees.
